thatを使います. それは, that が whichより インパクトが 弱いからです.

この thatも 目的格関係代名詞として使われる場合は一般的に 省略します.

2) the first, the second, the only, the very, the last, the same で修飾される名詞 (特定の, 

唯一な一つを表す)

 

She is the only woman that I love.

3) all, every, any, no の形容詞で修飾される名詞の場合 ('すべての', 'まったくない'を表す) 

 

I will give you everything that you want.

Running the marathon took all the strength that she had.

 

説明> 最大級とは, 沢山の中で, 最高の一つを表す形容詞, the only, the very も 唯一,

まさにそれ... など特定な一つを表す形容詞です! また, all, every もすべての.., まったくない...の特定な

ものを表す形容詞です! このように,特定なことを表すインパクトが強い形容詞で修飾される形容詞名詞

については, whichより thatを使います, その理由は先行詞の名詞がこのような強いimageの形容詞

の後ろの関係代名詞はよりインパクトが弱い関係代名詞を用いてリズムを合わせるのがいいからです

that が whichより弱いインパクトを表します.

 

注意; 次の場合にも, thatがよく使われる場合です.

 

4) 人と 物も名詞が同時に一緒に使われる場合.
