5人 以上  : more than 5 people

 

-> 皆さん, more は many　多くの(数) ある岩 much 多くの (量)の 比較級で 'より 多くの' です.

    我々が ...より 多くの, 所謂 ...以上を 言う時, 英語で more than.. を使います. たとえば,

 

  1  2  3  4  5  6  7  8  9 10  10人がいると, '5人 以上 ( 5人より 多くの) は 英語で,

 

   more than 5 people で, 5は 含まず, 5より さらに 多くの, すなわち 6からその以上になります 

 

  I have more than 2 coins  coins 2つ以上, 即ち 3つ ある岩 その以上を持っている

 

-> 5を含めて表したい時は, 5 or more people 所謂, 5人 ある岩その以上の意味になります.

 

   five or more people  5人 ある岩 その以上の人数
