飛行機は東京から予定通り出発した : The plane departed from Tokyo on time.

( Annaの旅行日記で出る 動詞 depart )

 

Anna がメキシコシティ へ旅をしたときのことを (英語で) 書いた内容です. ご覧ください!

 

-> Anna が朝起きて, コーヒー 飲んで, 車で空港に行って, 飛行機で

    Mexico Cityに行って, Taxiで Hotellまで行く話を英語で書きました.

    日記ですので、文は過去形で, 動詞はすべて過去形です。

 

    fly -> flew ( 飛行機で行った )

    leave home -> left home ( 家を出た/出発した ) 

    drive -> drove ( 車を運転した)

    depart -> departed ( 飛行機, 電車が出発した )

 

   動詞 depart 出発するは 自動詞で, 普段次のように使います.

 

    (電車, 飛行機が)...を向かって出発する depart for .....   They departed for America.

    (電車, 飛行機が) ...から 出発する       depart from....   They departed from Narita.

Last Tuesday Anna flew from Los Angeles to Mexico City.

She got up at 6 o'clock in the morning and had a cup of coffee.

At 7:15 she left home and drove to the airport. When she arrived,

checked in for her flight. Then she had breakfast at an airport cafe

and waited for her flight. The plane departed on time and arrived
