説明> ' It.....for......to 不定詞 ' も to不定詞の 名詞的用法であり、
to不定詞もあくまでも 動詞であるため, 主語をもつことができ、この場合の to不定詞
の主語を '意味上の主語'といい, forを用いて区別するとのことです。

この時の目的格 人称代名詞を 'to不定詞意味上の主語'といいます! 覚えていますか!
 
次の例文を通じて理解してみてください.
 
The two plants look exactly alike. Thus it would be all
but impossible for someone other than a botanical
expert to distinguish one from the other.
 
その2つの植物の外見はそっくりである. よって植物学の専門家でもない
限り両者を見分けるのはほとんど不可能だろう。
