Would you, Could you を 文章の中にいれて使うと,  より丁寧な依頼を表す表現になります.

The note said, " I would be grateful if you would promptly deliver

the commodities listed below, along with the usual goods."

 

そのメモには " いつもの商品と一緒に, 以下にlistupした商品を早急に

送ってもらえるとありがたいです"と書いてあった.
