説明> この文章で who は 疑問詞でありながら, 同時に 疑問文の主語です. 

それで 名詞節 (間接疑問文)になる時にも who がそのまま主語になります.

説明> 上の例文で 疑問文 A の who, what は 疑問詞であり, 同時に疑問文の主語です.

ですから,  名詞節(間接疑問文)になる時にも '節(主語 動詞)' の 主語になります.

A ; Who is she? 彼女は誰ですか?    ( 疑問文の 主語は she, who は 疑問詞 )

B ; I don't know who she is.

 

A ; Who is at the door ?  誰が doorにいますか? ( 疑問文の主語は who )

B ; I wonder who is at the door?

 

A ; Who are those men ?        ( 主語は those man, )

B ; I don't know who those man are.

 

A ; Whose house is that?      ( 主語は that )

B ; I wonder whose house that is.
